Xero Subscription

X1.0 INCLUSIONS & PRICING 

X1.1 Hubdoc is a separate app owned by Xero.  Currently, access to a Hubdoc account is provided free by Xero with certain levels of Xero plan. Should this cease to be the case, the Hubdoc subscription cost will be passed on as an additional cost to this service. 

X1.2 The Xero Assistance Programme is currently included for free by Xero with their subscriptions. Xero may discontinue this feature at their sole discretion. Such a change would not affect the pricing of our service to you unless the underlying Xero pricing were to change as a result. 

X1.3 If Xero’s pricing changes, our pricing will also change. 

X1.4 In all cases, we will give you 30 days notice of any changes, or the notice that we receive from Xero, whichever is lesser. 

DXP2.0 CANCELLATION 

DXP2.1 If you ever wish to cancel your Xero subscription, 30 days notice will be required, as per Xero’s terms and conditions. 

DXP2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure you've downloaded a back up of your data before the cancellation takes effect. 

Revisions to these Terms Of Use

No Fuss Business may revise these Terms Of Use at any time by providing 30 days notice. Any such revisions take effect when this page is published.
