Service-Specific Terms

STC1.0 WORK STANDARDS 

STC1.1 Unless otherwise expressly requested by you prior to commencement, we’ll mirror the standard of work currently being carried out by your regular staff person, provided these do not contravene our responsibilities as members of ATAINZ or ICNZB, and that they do not contravene any New Zealand legislation.

STC2.0 CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO PERIOD OF COVER 

STC2.1 We will ensure we have capacity to cover the work you need covered for the period in this agreement.  Should you cancel the cover within 6 weeks of the start date, we may charge a cancellation fee. 

STC2.2 Should you need to change the dates of the cover period, there may be a change to the fee we charge.
