Dedicated Resource

DR1.0 WHAT YOU WILL PROVIDE 

DR1.1 Just like an employment arrangement, you'll provide all items necessary to carry out the work, including but not limited to: 

DR1.1.1 desk & chair (ergonomically sound of course) 

DR1.1.2 stationery 

DR1.1.3 computer, second monitor, internet, etc 

DR1.1.4 dedicated business email address 

DR1.1.5 stationery and other office supplies as required 

DR2.0 SICK LEAVE, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, ANNUAL LEAVE 

DR2.1 Paid leave taken and public holidays off are included in the monthly fee.  The resource will be absent from work, without affecting the fee, just like a direct employee.  

DR2.2 Unpaid leave (for example when the resource has exceeded their leave entitlement) will result in an adjustment to the monthly fee. 

DR2.3 In either case, a replacement resource can be provided to cover the leave at an additional cost. 

DR3.0 NO WORK AVAILABLE 

DR3.1 If for some reason you do not require the resource, you will still be charged for the agreed days unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

DR3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure there is an adequate amount of relevant work for the resource to do each day. 

DR3.3 Should there be a permanent change in your circumstances that means there is less or more work, a variation to the days or hours should be discussed with Us. 

DR4.0 DISCIPLINARY ISSUES 

DR4.1 Should any issues arise around performance, we will handle these. 

DR4.2 We may need you to participate in this activity, keeping records/documentation and so on, if you are the only person in a position to be able to provide this information. 

Revisions to these Terms Of Use

No Fuss Business may revise these Terms Of Use at any time by providing 30 days notice. Any such revisions take effect when this page is published.
