Service-Specific Terms

FOR1.0 AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION 

FOR1.1 We will require access to a significant amount of information, both physical and digital in the course of our work.  

FOR1.2 Failure to provide the paperwork will result in either a lower standard being agreed upon, or our inability to complete the work, at our option.  

FOR2.0 TIMEFRAMES 

FOR2.1 The most efficient way to complete your Forensic examination is to have all the requested paperwork provided at the same time. Where paperwork is provided in stages, this may result in additional time and cost on your Xero Rescue project due to: 

XR2.1.1 Re-work being required on the basis of new information received, and/or 

XR2.1.2 Your place in our work queue being lost. 

FOR2.2 We strongly recommend providing all paperwork promptly and in one bundle so as to avoid prolonged timeframes to completion and additional cost.  We take no responsibility for your failure to do so. 

FOR3.0 LIMITATIONS 

FOR3.1 We are not auditors, and the Forensic service is not an audit.   

FOR3.2 In the context of this engagement, it is impossible to guarantee that 100% of issues will be identified.
