Baseline

BSL1.0 WORK STANDARDS

BSL1.1 We are Xero experts, and will therefore review your Xero file against best practice standards, including (as appropriate, depending on the nature of the issue you are having):

BSL1.1.1 Attachments on transactions where appropriate

BSL1.1.2 Bank accounts reconciled to bank statements

BSL1.1.3 GL accounts, eg: Suspense, PAYE Payable, Wages Payable, reconciled and balanced

BSL1.1.4 Purchases matched to supplier statements, ensuring outstanding amounts reconcile

BSL1.1.5 Sales match to remittance advices, ensuring outstanding amounts are accurate

BSL1.2 We note, however, that the standard detailed above can only be achieved if we are provided with the required paperwork.

BSL1.3 Failure to provide the paperwork will result in either a lower standard being agreed upon, or our inability to complete the work, at our option.

BSL2.0 TIMEFRAMES

BSL2.1 The most efficient way to complete your Xero Rescue is to have all the requested paperwork provided at the same time.  Where paperwork is provided in stages, this may result in additional time and cost on your Xero Rescue project due to:

BSL2.1.1 Re-work being required on the basis of new information received, and/or

BSL2.1.2 Your place in our work queue being lost.

BSL2.2 We strongly recommend providing all paperwork promptly and in one bundle so as to avoid prolonged timeframes to completion and additional cost.  We take no responsibility for your failure to do so.

BSL3.0 LIMITATIONS

BSL3.1 We are not auditors, and the Xero Rescue service is not an audit.

BSL3.2 In the context of this engagement, it is impossible to guarantee that 100% of issues will be identified.

BSL3.3 The Baseline service reports on findings, it does not rectify issues.
