Back in 2018 Mat and Maurice teamed up to open Hamilton’s relaxed, and very trendy, Mr Pickles Bar and Eatery. Our pleasure of working with them began not long after Mr Pickles had launched and here Matt reminds us of our partnership’s humble beginning.
